Vicky Hosking is the Managing Partner at Smith and Co Solicitors. She qualified as a solicitor with the firm after studying Law in London, having chosen this path after 20 years of commercial experience. She specialises in elder law, working with families to assist with wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, trusts and probate.

Born and educated in Ipswich, Vicky is involved in offering legal advice to family based charities that serve the local communities. She is a trustee of The Foxhall Centre Lavender Trust, a charity that offers day services for the elderly. She also runs a legal clinic at Memory Lane Cafe, a weekly meeting place for people living with dementia.

Outside work, Vicky still retains an interest in the family business and brings this experience to her legal career, giving her a real world perspective on her clients needs.
